We provide timely and accurate communication between Adjuster, Nurse Case Manager, and Discharge Planner, and prevent provider leakage through the controlled management of approved providers. We collect all documentation and provide catastrophic case summaries quarterly or at a frequency customized to our clients’ needs. Our case closure checklist ensures we are proactively working to save costs by providing only the necessary products and services for the appropriate length of time.
