MSC Group, Inc. provides medical products, services, and solutions to the workers’ compensation industry in the United States. It offers various medical devices, including continuous passive motion machines, bone growth stimulators, transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation units, and other related products; and home health services, such as co-ordinating in-home nursing, IV therapy, home health aide and rehabilitation, and therapist services for workers’ compensation patients.

The company also procures the delivery of in-home equipment to workers’ compensation patients, such as hospital beds, wheelchairs, and patient lifts; and co-ordinates with patients to provide orthotics and prosthetics treatment from a practitioner, as well as offers medical supplies, including wound care, urinary care, and other personal car products that used in providing healthcare, such as gauze, sterile gloves, wraps, bandages, tubing, or swabs.
In addition, it provides transportation services for patients, including ambulatory services, air transportation services, and wheelchair and stretcher services from the hospital to the patient’s home, as well as transportation to and from caregivers’ offices or hospitals for aftercare.
Further, MSC Group offers translation services between non-English speaking patients and healthcare professionals or its clients’ representatives. Additionally, the company provides diagnostic imaging services. Its customers include the workers’ compensation insurers, third-party administrators, and self-insured employers.

The company was formerly known as MSC-Medical Services Company and changed its name MSC Group, Inc. in July, 2008. The company was founded in 1985 and is headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida.
