 Interview Process 

When you are selected to interview with us, we will give you the opportunity to share detailed information about how you have performed in previous work-related situations. We’ll ask you to share with us examples of specific situations that you’ve encountered in the past. In addition, we’ll ask you about your interests and give you an opportunity to ask us about our company and potential career opportunities. The type and number of interviews, and the length, and complexity of questions will vary depending on the specific position for which you are being considered.
 
Assessments
 
Our assessments help to provide us with more information about your experiences, work preferences, and other job-related skills and talents. These assessments allow us to make objective hiring decisions, as well as help us best match applicants with opportunities for success within our company.

 
Pre-Employment Screening
 
Once you have completed the interview process, if you are considered for an offer of employment, you must complete a Pre-Employment Screening. This screening helps us hire quality employees, ensure a safe working environment, protect our company from risk, and comply with federal regulations.

Resume Tips
 
Keep your resume concise. Resumes should be brief and no more than 1 to 2 pages in length. Your resume should be neat and well organized. Be sure to proofread and do not forget to spell-check the document.

Interview Tips
 
  1. Arrive for your interview 15 to 20 minutes early, so you will have time to complete your paperwork prior to the interview.
  2. Park in the parking garage. Be sure to bring your parking ticket with you to the interview so we can validate it for you.
  3. Bring a copy of your resume and list of references.
  4. Be ready to talk about your work experience and your goals.
