North Carolina Updates Fee Schedule Codes

The North Carolina Industrial Commission recently updated its Fee Schedule in accordance with certain changes made by the American Medical Association to CPT Codes.  Specifically, new CPT Codes were added (which include surgery, radiology, pathology and E&M) and some previously existing CPT Codes were deleted.
