The Colorado Division of Workers' Compensation recently published the materials from its 2010 Workers’ Compensation Educational Conference. The Conference materials are available for free on the state’s website, and are designed to educate those who participate in the Colorado workers’ compensation system, including employers, insurance adjusters, self-insurers, third party administrators and medical providers, regarding current rules, procedures, policies and forms. The materials include topics such as 2010 legislative and rule updates, the role of treatment guidelines, common issues related to billing and processing medical bills, audits, and other topics.
