MSC’s Catastrophic program began over 10 years ago with one nurse (Rachel Cox, RN) managing about 20 patients for one carrier. Over the years the team has grown and we now have seven Catastrophic Care Nurses, managing over 240 patients for more than 300 carriers and third party administrators, ensuring high-touch, comprehensive care coordination to the catastrophically injured worker. With 166 years combined clinical experience encompassing specialties in orthopedics, rehab nursing, medical-surgical/ trauma, intensive care, ambulatory care, emergency care, and case management, MSC is the industry leader in high-touch, comprehensive care coordination for catastrophically injured workers.
