Lori is a Speech Therapist. She was in a motor vehicle accident 12 years ago en route to a client and suffered a spinal cord injury. When she was referred to MSC, her insurance carrier utilized all services (DME, Mobility, Medical Supplies, and Home Health Nursing). MSC’s Catastrophic Team coordinated Lori’s care. When her claim finally settled in June 2010, Lori sent this note to MSC:

“…You all should know and be commended that your impact, no matter how small, was a positive one that left this client feeling a bit more confident in the workers' comp. system. In my job, I learned that "no one cares how much you know until they know how much you care." Having been on both sides of that fence, I can say that there is great truth in that statement. The littlest things can mean such a great deal. No one asks to be put in my position (at least I hope not!), and I think many individuals at MSC recognize that. I've been with MSC for less than one month shy of 12 years, and I can honestly say that customer service has only gotten better. It is my hope that you and Ms. Donley will pass my thanks on to the others!"
