The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division (WCD) will host a rulemaking advisory committee meeting on Tuesday, September 6, 2011, to address the injured worker’s right to choose health care providers and the infringement of this right by some employers or other parties mandating that injured workers pursue medical care with specific providers.
