The Texas Department of Insurance, Division of Workers’ Compensation (TDI-DWC) has published a bulletin reminding all stakeholders of the requirements of House Bill 528, which became effective on June 17, 2011. The provisions of HB 528 include requirements for reimbursement of pharmaceutical services for network and non-network claims, pharmaceutical network registration requirements and requirements for delivery of prescription medications or services by a political subdivision or certified network.
