As Vice President and General Counsel, Whitney Harper handles MSC’s corporate legal affairs. Whitney joined MSC in January 2007 as Assistant General Counsel. Prior to joining MSC, Whitney was an Employment Law & Litigation Associate at Roger Towers, P.A., where she was involved with several large federal and state litigation matters and advised clients regarding various employment-related issues.   

Whitney graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida’s Levin College of Law, where she was also Editor-in-Chief of Florida Law Review. Whitney also holds a BA in Political Science, with a concentration in International Relations, from the University of Florida.
