Joe Delaney joined MSC in 2004 as Chief Operating Officer and has served in that position until his promotion to President and CEO in 2006. Delaney previously served as a consultant from 1997 to 2002 and a partner from 2002 to 2004 at The Parthenon Group, a strategic advisory and principal investing firm, during which time he served MSC as a consultant. Delaney holds a BS Degree in Finance from Villanova University and an MBA degree from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
