Joe McCullough is Senior Vice President of One Call Care Transport + Translate.  Joe joined MSC as President of ZoneCare USA in January 2008 as MSC acquired ZoneCare USA and SelectMRI.  Joe joined ZoneCare USA in 2004 as Call Center Operations Manager.  He was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2005 and then to President and CEO in 2006.  During this time, Joe has led the company through a series of strategic cost saving, productivity and customer service enhancing programs with the goal of positioning the company for long-term growth.

Joe began his career in Call Center Management in 1989 with Sears Company in Roanoke, VA and attended Radford University.
