Dawn Phillips joined MSC in July 2010 as the Vice President of National Accounts and New Business Development. Dawn’s most recent experience included serving as Vice President of Sales & Account Management, Property & Casualty at Ingenix. She previously served as the Managing Director for Claims and Risk Control for Aon in the southwest as well as holding management positions with several insurers.

Her extensive experience with insurers, third party administrators, managed care organizations and national employers provides her with a solid background in delivering value based client solutions.

Dawn has a BS in psychology, speech and hearing from the University of Missouri in Kansas City. She has a Casualty, Property Claim Law designation (CPCLA). She has authored a variety of articles published in national trade magazines.
