Cliff Honiker, Vice President of Provider Relations, joined MSC in 2005 as an Executive Director.  Prior to joining MSC, Cliff served 20 years in the Air Force Medical Service Corps (MSC) where he served  as a healthcare administrator, primarily in healthcare financial management leadership roles.  Upon his  retirement from the military, he joined Humana where he served as a management analyst . After leaving Humana, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Aperture Credentialing Inc., the nation's largest healthcare Credentials Verifications Organization  (CVO) for four years.
